Production Lead Times - Updated 17/01/22

Traditional Sauna Cabins: 7 weeks
Vision Sauna Cabins: 12 weeks
Infrared Sauna Cabins: 12 weeks
Outdoor Sauna Cabins: 12 weeks
Turkish Steam Rooms: 16 weeks 
Roman Steam Rooms: 2-4 weeks 
Timber orders: 1-2 weeks 

Please note these lead times are estimated based on current order volumes.  All orders are despatched on a first come first served basis unless otherwise specified. 

If you would prefer to pay a 30% desposit at the time of ordering please contact our sales team, the balance payment will need to be paid 3 weeks before production.


Our UK based factory has reopened as of the 14th April 2020.  In order to protect our staff we are working with a very reduced workforce, we are doing our best to despatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery delays have now been extended for all orders

  • As a result of COVID-19 and the demand on logistics countrywide, there will be a delay on all orders
  • We are processing orders as usual and we apologise in advance for the delays you will experience.
  • For all small items being delivered on a parcel carrier (i.e. heaters, generators, accessory items) you will receive tracking number via email / royal mail are currently unable to provide delivery information.
  • Further delays may have occurred since you ordered due to courier efficiencies, who are working to high demand with a reduced staff force
  • All saunas and steam rooms that are made to order will also have a production delay due to the reduced workforce, all orders will be manufactured on a first come first served basis.
  • Please do not get in touch regarding your order status if it has not been longer than the 15 working days.

We apologise that we cannot provide an exact delivery date for your order and are doing all we can to communication any changes to delays in an uncertain situation that is changing daily. We are grateful for your order and support, thank you for understanding.
