Kits are supplied with 100 white polycarbonate fittings. The fitting diameter is 10mm and they require a 6mm cut out for installation.
The harness is manufactured from 1mm diameter glass fibre to provide a safe and extra bright lighting effect
The MicroLED light source must be installed in a watertight location as it is not waterproof.

Our fibre optic kits emit no heat or UV. The end fittings are completely cold and have no electricity running through them, making them safe to touch and perfect for wet or humid environments where conventional lighting could prove to be dangerous. Please be aware that the light source may become hot and should be kept out of reach of children.
The light source is not waterproof and must be installed in a watertight location outside the sauna cabin.

The kit is safe for use in wet and humid areas but the light source, which contains the electricity, must be located outside the main sauna or steam room unless stored in a waterproof enclosure.
Your property will require a 240V (household) electrical supply.
Tools required:
- Hand Drill
- 6mm Drill bit
- Translucent Silicone Sealant
Prior to installation:
Decide of a suitable location for the light source. It must be watertight, well ventilatied area outsidse the cabin. Remember to check the tail lengths for your kit to ensure they reach the light source from your preferred installation point.
The fibre optic tails can be placed randomly or in any pattern of your choice. Tails can be installed in almost any materail; wood, perspex, concrete etc.If two people are available to carry out the installation, we recommend that one person drills into the mountain surface, and a second person can then feed the fibre optic tails through each hole after it's been drilled.

All purchases for the sauna glass fibre optics are made to order. Orders can take up to approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
