Why invest in a dedicated home ice bath?
Cold water immersion has moved from elite training rooms into everyday recovery routines. A dedicated ice bath makes it effortless — no bags of ice, no waiting around, just consistent cold whenever you need it.
-
Faster muscle recovery
Cold water calms post-workout inflammation, eases muscle soreness and reduces joint swelling, so you're ready for your next session sooner.
-
Sharper focus, better mood
Immersion triggers a rush of norepinephrine and dopamine — lifting mood, cutting stress and leaving you clear-headed for hours afterwards.
-
Immune & metabolic support
Regular cold exposure activates brown fat and helps strengthen your body's natural immune response.
-
The sauna and cold plunge combo
Pairing deep sauna heat with an instant cold plunge — contrast therapy — flushes the system, boosts circulation and leaves you deeply relaxed.

Frequently asked questions
What temperature should an ice bath be?
Most people aim for 3–10°C. If you're new to cold plunging, start around 10–12°C and work down as your tolerance builds.
Do I need to add ice if I have a chiller?
No. Our chillers actively cool the water to your set temperature and keep circulating and filtering it, so there's no need for ice bags.
Can I keep my ice bath outside over a UK winter?
Yes. Our tubs and chillers are built for outdoor use. In sub-zero weather, we recommend a chiller with a Heat function, or an insulated cover, to stop the pipework freezing.
How long should I stay in a cold plunge?
Two to five minutes per session is enough to get the benefits. Consistency matters far more than duration.
